Shipping

Returns & Damaged Items

Workshops & Events

Tickets for workshops, classes, pop-ups, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Velvet Stitch House is not responsible for missed events due to late arrival, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances.
