At Velvet Stitch House, we carefully curate a thoughtful selection of needlepoint, kits, and merchandise, often in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage.

This applies to all items, including needlepoint canvases, kits, apparel, merchandise, and event or workshop tickets.

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to review and assist.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging

Email documentation to hello@velvetstitchhouse.com
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item (if available), or

Store credit if a replacement is not possible

Damage claims cannot be processed without photo documentation

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for normal wear, use, or buyer’s remorse
