Refund policy

At Velvet Stitch House, we carefully curate a thoughtful selection of needlepoint, kits, and merchandise, often in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final.

Final Sale

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage.

  • This applies to all items, including needlepoint canvases, kits, apparel, merchandise, and event or workshop tickets.

  • Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to review and assist.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging

  • Email documentation to hello@velvetstitchhouse.com

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

  • Store credit if a replacement is not possible

Important Notes

  • Damage claims cannot be processed without photo documentation

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for normal wear, use, or buyer’s remorse

  • All items purchased at pop-ups, markets, workshops, or in-store events are final sale
